Fast Track Title Solutions provides document preparation and filing assistance related to vehicle titles, registrations, and LLC vehicle documentation. We assist with completing and submitting paperwork to the appropriate government agencies.

Fast Track Title Solutions is a third-party document service provider and is not a government agency.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Provide all required documents needed for title and registration processing

• Review all paperwork before submission

• Respond promptly to requests for additional information

Fast Track Title Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Processing times may vary depending on:

• State agency processing timelines

• Document completeness

• Lienholder requirements

• DMV or government office backlogs

Fast Track Title Solutions cannot guarantee processing timelines once documents are submitted to a government agency.

Service fees are charged for document preparation, processing, and filing assistance.

• All government fees, registration fees, taxes, and lien recording fees are separate from service fees.

• All fees must be paid before documents are submitted for processing unless otherwise agreed.

• Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the service.

Fast Track Title Solutions provides administrative document preparation services only and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Clients should consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or tax professional for legal or tax guidance.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission. Fast Track Title Solutions is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

Fast Track Title Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by government agencies

• Errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client

• Mail delays or shipping carrier delays

• Lost documents once submitted to government agencies

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

Client information is used only for the purpose of completing requested services. Fast Track Title Solutions does not sell or share client information except as necessary to complete filings with appropriate government agencies.

Service requests may be cancelled prior to document processing. Once documents have been prepared or submitted, service fees may be non-refundable.

By submitting documents or requesting services from Fast Track Title Solutions, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
